This tube filling production line can fill products such as cream, ointment, toothpaste, foundation, BB Cream, lip gloss, condensed milk, chocolate, facial cleanser, cleansing foam, sunscreen, sun block, shampoo, shower gel, eye cream, hand cream, etc. The products can be filled is not limited to the listed.

The suggested work flow is as follows:
1. The operator can pour the tubes into the automatic tube unscrambler. The tube unscrambler will automatically unscramble the tubes and change the direction of the tubes suitable for directly feeding tubes for the tube filler for filling and sealing tubes.
2. The tube filler will fill product into the tube and seal and emboss batch number to the tube end, and then the tube can be conveyed to the cartoner to be packed into retail box, and then conveyed to the film wrapper to wrap film on the retail box.
