Machine specification and features:

The cream, liquid, Liquid Foundation filling, capping and labeling line has the functions such as automatic screw type bottle feeding, bottle detecting (no bottle no filling, no bottle no cap loading ), filling, cap loading, capping, labeling automatically.

Filling volume: 1~250ml (we can custom make the machine to be suitable for different filling volume needs of clients. the client can fill different volumes  of bottles with easy adjustments of the machine.)

Filling speed: 40~60 bottles/min

If the client need, we can make double work station to increase the speed.

Filling precision: ≥99％

Cap loading success rate: ≥99％

Main machine power: 1KW 220V stepless shift

It is also suitable for cream, oil, liquid filling with easy changover of the filling head, hopper and capping head.

We did not take a video of liquid foundation filling machine, so see below similar bottle filling video. The machine’s design and structure is similar, with some difference for different packing solution the client needs.
