This production line is composed of six nozzles filler, cap presser and capper. This filling and capping production line is suitable for filling liquid and semi-fluid materials such as E-cigarette, juice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, peanut butter, honey, syrup, oil, similar products are also applicable for filling. Machine features:

1.    High-efficiency packaging and minimal product-loss filling system

A.   The filling system adopts servo motor speed synchronous tracking drive, filling measurement uses PLC automatic processing system. It not only improves the production efficiency, but also simplifies the operation.

B.   The filling volume adjustment can be done by inputting data directly on the touch screen without need to change or adjust any parts of the machine, much better than traditional piston filler.

C.   So it is very convenient for client use, now this servo motor driven piston filler is very popular with our clients for its high efficiency and convenience in operation and adjusting filling volume.

D. It is more accurate in filling volume than the traditional piston filler. The traditional piston filler’s filling accuracy can be affected by the compressed air supply consistency, while the servo motor driven piston filler is controlled by servo motor which is electrical driven, so it is more stable in filling accuracy.

2. Perfect packaging appearance - by controlling the submersible filling process, filling head filling in the container. At the same time, use POB full sealing head plugging filling nozzle to seal, never drip, no pollution.

3. Upgrading of machine --- powerful HMI (human-machine interaction) function can easily solve the adjustment of filling volume, measurement error and filling speed. The special filling volume adjustment memory storage function of the machine can automatically store different filling volumes done. The user can store the filling product and volume in the touch screen memory system, when filling of a certain product and a certain filling volume that is stored, he can select from the memory library in the touch screen without need to re-adjust the machine.

4. The product is designed and manufactured according to GMP health protection grade. It is suitable for filling oil, peanut butter, chili sauce and concentrated fruit juice.

5. The product filling circuit in the machine is very convenient for cleaning.
