Basic Working Principle:

The tablets in drum make complicated and constant track movement with easy and smooth turn frequent exchanging in a clean and closed drum of the film coating machine. The coating mixed round in the mixing drum are sprayed on tablets through the spray gun at the Inlet action of the peristaltic pump. 

Meanwhile under the action of air exhaust and negative pressure 100,000 clean hot air supplied by the air exhaust cabinet is exhausted from the fan at the sieve meshes through tablets. So these coating mediums on the surface of tablets get dry forming a coat of firm, fine and smooth film. The whole process is finished under the control of PLC.

3. Machine features:

• 1. PLC and temperature module controlling system with the touch screen produced by Siemens Germany are applied to provide picture displaying, convenient operation, energy-efficiency, cleanliness and safety, and convenient cleaning, which meets the standard of GMP.
  2. Components, which drugs are exposed to, such as high efficiency film coating mainframe, high efficiency hot air filter, dust removal fan and spray device, are all made of imported stainless steel of good quality.
  3. The procedures are all controlled by PLC touch screen, automatically or manually.
  4. Coating is processed in totally closed environment to prevent dust and slurry from spilling. The surface of box is polished and its light pollution is eliminated.
  5. The driver system applies explosion-proof decelerating motor and chain-wheel transmission device, which can make frequency conversion continuously variable.
  6. High efficiency hot air filter can directly capture air from outside, heat the air after primary, intermediated and high efficiency filter, and then provide the air for the mainframe. The air can meet the standard of 100,000 class cleanliness. Dust removal fan can exhaust air to the outside to avoid the influence on central air-conditioning and to save energy.
  7. The spray gun is imported from Japan of good atomization, non-clogging nozzle, adjustable spray volume and angle, and simple structure which is convenient to clean.

• 8. Spray guns for film and sugar coatings mounted independently on the multifunctional spray gun holder. Lighting for illuminating the pan interior for monitoring.

• 9. Automatically adjustable multifunctional spray gun holder system for various coating purposes.

• 23. Cooling of the pan with dry mist prevents adhesion of the tablets on the pan and reduces the occurrence of convexes of tablets.

• 25. Multifunctional spray gun holder can be easily removed from the pan for easy change, cleaning and inspection of the spray gun units.

• 26. Washing of both inside and outside of the pan can be done quickly with filled water by our large cleaning sink.
